This house started as a single story home on the Greensboro Country Club Golf Course. It had spectacular views - so good in fact that when the homeowners decided that they needed more room, they opted to add a scene story to their home rather than move. We removed the entire roof structure and added an additional floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wrapping paper room, and lots and lots of storage. We also added a two car garage to take the place of the old carport, and created a main level laundry room / mud room to connect the garage to the main part of the house. We combined two bedrooms on the main level to create a luxurious master suite, remodeled the bathroom in the basement, and added some wonderful terraced patios in the backyard.
