The homeowners of this Irving Park home wanted a guest house near their pool and outdoor living area. We converted an old carport from the original home into a very well appointed guest home that features a full-sized kitchen with white painted maple cabinets and stainless appliances, a wood burning fireplace, a full bath, and beautiful reclaimed heart pine flooring throughout.
